Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

Yes! We offer a point based loyalty program. For every dollar spent is equal to one point.

350 points earned equals a 25% Off of your purchase.

What is your return policy?

Better Buds accepts returns on vape cartridges or disposables that have a manufacturer defect within 3 days of purchase with receipt and original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for Flower, Prerolls, Dabs, Edibles or Topicals.

All Battery device sales are final. For replacement, please contact the manufacturer directly.

How do I signup for text message alerts?

It’s super easy. come in to any store and ask a budtender to add you to the loyalty program.

We only send out messages to alert you to store discounts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Credit and Debit cards.

Please note with credit and debit transactions there is a small fee.

Transactions will show up as “Planet Store” on your bank or credit card statement.

Can I bring my dog into the store?

Yes! We love our furry friends. Please keep your buddy on a leash to make other customers feel comfortable.

Can I bring my child or Baby in to the store

No. Due to state regulations only individuals 21 plus are allowed inside cannabis stores.

Do you offer curbside services?

No. Currently the state is no longer allowing us to do curbside orders.

If I'm unsure what to buy, is there anyone there that can assist me?

Absolutely! We have the best most knowledgeable budtenders in the industry. They can recommend the perfect products for your needs.
